Specialized opinions may be sought and incorporated, leading to the drafting of a comprehensive medico-legal report covering various medical law principles including medical negligence, euthanasia, organ transplantation, and mental health care laws.

With a background spanning both public and private healthcare sectors, he offers a nuanced understanding of diverse health systems, encompassing their organizational structures, daily operations, and activities.
Dr. E.B. is an anaesthesiologist undergoing training, presently engaged within the government healthcare system in Pretoria. His professional responsibilities encompass the perioperative care of surgical patients as well as the management of critically ill individuals. Additionally, he possesses expertise in Critical Care, acquired through practical experience in the ICU, notably during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. E.B. has authored numerous reports and holds informed perspectives on diverse medico-legal subjects.
